? Candidate with Non- technical aspiration to manage fulfilment of the requirements in WMG.
? Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Candidate must be an excellent team player
? Candidate should possess excellent communication & interaction skills on business issues
? Working experience in Excel is an added advantage
Any Experience in PMO/Resourcing can be added advantage
Overall Responsibilities:
? To optimize demand fulfilment through internal supply, competency building and external recruitment
? Ability to marshal team to achieve Net Adds, Proposal , allocation , Rookie Ratio, NJNB, effective bench management etc.
? Own the fulfilment plan and drive this with TA, Competency and Practices
? Must coordinate with TA for external ? hiring and contracting
? Manage bench, NJNB, AxNB their cross skilling and utilization
? Manage ERD planning proactive manner
? Actively participate and drive Onsite & Offshore hiring against the requirements
? Manage operational parameters
? Manage Existing and Virtual Bench and have deployment plan for all the identified resources
? Allocations, Proposals and Fresher Billing, Overdue Indent cleanup etc.
? Maintain diversity in the engagement and allocation
? Continuous follow up with the Delivery team for fulfilment
? To discuss with the Candidates/PM/DM & Practice on the Planned/ Unplanned Ramp downs based on ERD report & alert TH/ PH's in case of higher RD's at any point of time
? Track all the fulfilment transaction till closure and maintain the Fulfilment tracker
? To manage/Propose & get them allocated to the existing onsite/offshore bench by connecting the candidates to the right opportunity by coordinating with Specific delivery team from specialized practices
